Tesla sells directly to customers without a classic dealer network. That means the whole purchase can in practice be done online, but there are still stores and delivery centres in Denmark where you can see and collect the cars. Here are the steps.
1. Choose model and variant

2. Use the referral link BEFORE you order
This is the most important step for getting the benefit: open the referral link before you place the order. That links the referral to your order, and the benefit (e.g. free Supercharging) is registered automatically. See the full process in the guide how to use a Tesla referral code.
3. Configure the car
On tesla.com you choose paint, wheels, interior and any options. The price updates as you go, so you can see the total. You can also choose an inventory car if you want faster delivery.
4. Pay the deposit and confirm
The order is confirmed with a deposit. You then get an estimated delivery time. Note that deposit and cancellation terms can vary, read the conditions when ordering.
5. Financing or leasing

6. Delivery and registration
Tesla handles registration as part of the delivery process, and you typically collect the car at a delivery centre or have it delivered. At handover, it's a good idea to inspect the car thoroughly. Bring ID and the documents Tesla asks for.
