Hi. I'm Kristoffer, and I drive a Tesla day to day. This site actually began as a pile of links and notes I kept sending to friends and colleagues who asked about the car. What does it cost to run? How do you charge if you live in a flat? Can you save anything on the purchase? At some point it was simpler to write it all down in one place.
Why I built the site
When I bought my own car, I used a referral code from another owner. It added a real benefit to the deal and cost me nothing. That's the whole idea here: use my code and you get the same kind of benefit, and I get one in return. Neither of us pays extra. Tesla handles all of it.
I'm not a salesperson and I'm not employed by Tesla in any way. This is a private site, written from my own everyday experience as an owner. I try to keep things sober rather than oversell. Prices, taxes and referral benefits change over time, so where something may be out of date I say so and link to the official sources, so you can check the current figures yourself.
What you'll find here
There's a fair bit by now: walkthroughs of the models, charging in Denmark, total cost of ownership, range in winter and plenty on the buying process itself. Most of it is the stuff I wish I'd known before I hit order. You can start on the home page or browse all the guides.
Open about the referral
Full transparency: if you buy through my referral link, I may receive a referral benefit from Tesla. It doesn't affect your price, and it doesn't change what I write. If you'd rather order without a code, you can always go straight to tesla.com. I just think it's a shame to leave a free benefit on the table when it's right there.
